Terms of service

• Give accurate details and keep your login, two-factor codes and API keys to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under them.
• One person per account. Shop owners add teammates from the desk instead of sharing a login.

• Seller access is by application; ASX approves every shop and can decline, suspend or close one.
• Your balance is prepaid credit for buying stock, tier upgrades and custom work. It isn't a bank account and isn't withdrawn as cash; refunds are at ASX's discretion.
• Prices, partner cuts and unlock thresholds are shown on the desk before you buy and can change for future purchases.
• Custom work is charged when you accept a quote; if we can't deliver after you've paid, we refund it to your balance.

• A key binds to the first Discord account it's redeemed on and can't move to another account yourself.
• HWID resets on the download hub are limited by a cooldown to prevent key sharing.
• Keys can be frozen or revoked for chargebacks, fraud, sharing or abuse.

• Use your API keys only from your own servers, within the published rate limits.
• Don't try to access other shops' data, overload the service or get around its security.

• Chargeback purchases you received, resell accounts or share keys beyond what you bought.
• Attack, scan or reverse-engineer Certware, or use it to break the law.

Software and status information (including detection status) are provided as they are, without guarantees. We work to keep Certware available but don't promise uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.

You can stop using Certware at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms; keys already delivered to customers keep working unless they were part of the abuse.
